About the Job
Bachelors in relevant field and/or a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in brand comms/ social media.
Knowledge of Adobe CS software and social applications (photoshop, canva for ex).
Able to capture, edit and post content effectively and efficiently.
Ability to execute and pitch development ideas for bespoke/ original social initiatives for tentpole BAM programming initiatives.
An evolving, relevant and strong aesthetic sensibility.
A solid understanding of both creative campaigns, advertising, brand / branding and
social trends.
Ability to visualize concepts quickly and cleanly, from inception through to development.
Capable of both following and providing creative direction.
Knowledge of BAMs Mission, Vision and Values and ability to interpret and apply them in design thinking.
Ability to accurately interpret a creative brief.
Ability to adhere to deadlines.
Excellent at communicating and presenting creative concepts and ideas to internal and external peers.
Have a proactive creative mindset.
A deep passion for socials, communications and creativity.
Sharing ideas in a team-oriented environment - participating in ideation in brainstorming sessions.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Ability to work under tight deadlines

Compensation: The salary for this position is $72,000 per year. The role is represented by Local 2110 and will be paid in accordance with the BAM/UAW Local 2110 Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is full-time, exempt, and eligible for benefits. Working conditions: Category 2: Administrative Work with Light Physical Exertion
