You will:
Help us communicate with prospective members, sponsors and other stakeholders in a sophisticated manner, while adhering to each clients' brand guidelines. You'll use Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, Canva, and Loomly, or their equivalents. You'll rely on your copywriting skills, and you'll edit and refine the work of others.
- Develop new and existing client marketing and communication plans and initiatives to drive membership recruitment and retention, product and service sales, and member engagement
- Create and maintain brand documents, following brand guidelines, and ensuring brand consistency across communications
- Create and communicate messages via client websites, social media, emails, and other channels
- Develop and maintain a database of assets for each client and Civica
- Contribute ideas to improve client offerings and internal marketing/communications
- Utilize reporting and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics to provide performance reports
- Work with outside PR and graphic design agencies to communicate needs, share assets and maintain project timelines
- Manage marketing campaign budgets, estimates, and contracts
- Content creation, copywriting, and editing for various media
- Update and redesign websites to create a positive and engaging user experience
- Document processes and procedures
- Project manage teams, timelines, and calendars
- Conduct market/data analysis, as needed
- Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or communication or related field OR equivalent experience - Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, small and growing company
