Social Media Coordinator
Our client is a full-service media and advertising agency with 50+ years, providing leading content and marketing opportunities across to the luxury real estate community. They compile, develops, prints and distributes more than 20 publications a year, including its namesake magazines, branded magazines and private-label publications. They are the leader in high-end print, online publications, social and direct communications.
This is a hybrid role (3 days in Charlotte NC office) The salary range is $45,000 - $55,000 plus bonus/benefits.

What You’ll Do:
Leverage our current advertisers’ data and editorial content to create engaging social media content. Develop and implement strategies to increase followers/engagement, better define our brand, and generate website traffic. Execute digital orders (such as paid social media posts and blog posts) from start to finish.
Create social media analytic reports to share with clients. Additional Responsibilities: Create and lead new social media campaigns. Strategically build monthly calendars for social content and digital orders. Ensure social media programs are on time and on budget. Pitch new ideas and continually evolve your skills to stay relevant.
Main Duties / Required:
- Experience across most social platforms (LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube) not only in feed management but community engagement and development.
- Extensive experience with Canva and an interest and passion for utilizing AI technology.
- Ability to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to dissect social analytics for future strategies.
- Excellent communication skills – written and spoken.
- 1+ years of social media experience within an agency environment or on the client side.
- Experience with social media management tools (Sprout Social and Later.)
Nice to have Skills:
- Video understanding and capabilities to create beginner level video content
- Excellent writing skills.
- Strategically minded thinker, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
