We utilize technology and culture to give you the ability to succeed as a Social Media Director, earn a great living and... get this...take every other Friday off. Yes, every other Friday. So... that means you have 26 3-day weekends a year. Twenty-six.

Income? You will receive a lucrative compensation plan with bonuses and incentives abound!
Medical, Dental, and Vision? We have executive-level coverage – PPO Platinum Plan. We pay 100% of your personal premium and 50% for your dependents.
401k Plan? Yes!

- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing across multiple platforms
- In depth understanding of social media marketing strategies, from creating content calendars to measuring the success of campaigns
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing preferred
4 Things You will be Doing in this Job:
- Design and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals to drive brand growth across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
- Develop and manage content calendars and briefs, focusing on storytelling for clients, candidates, and consultants
- Lead the creation of organic and paid social content, coordinating with the brand founder and creative team
- Analyze campaign performance, identifying key metrics and optimizing strategies
