Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• One years experience + in social media content creation
• Excellent at creating content on multiple social media platforms in real time
• Outgoing personalty, fun, and engaging with all sorts of age groups
• Experience coordinating local activations and participating in community events
• Knows how to create and manage social media campaigns effectively
• Understands how to use varies social media, media, and AI tools such as CapCut, Captions, Adobe Premier Pro, etc
• Experience engaging with customers digitally in a fun and customer focused manner
• Organized in documenting processes and managing and keeping assets organized
• Ability to work within franchisor guidelines and frameworks while still making content exciting and contagious
• Detailed and excellence focused when it comes to producing and posting content
