2# About the Role
We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and grow our US presence across various social platforms. In this role, you’ll be responsible for crafting and curating engaging content, building meaningful connections with our audience, and collaborating closely with the marketing team to execute social media strategies that amplify brand visibility, foster engagement, and drive growth. We want people to ‘Do their best work at Thérapie and as part of the Marketing Team, you will be integral to creating that environment and culture.
3# Responsibilities and Duties
- Support the Head of Social and Influence in planning strategic and tactical social media campaigns across multiple social media platforms.
- Create engaging, trending and viral social media content with the main focus on TikTok and and TikTok.
- Assist creating social media strategies and content calendars aligned with monthly campaigns.
- Visit Thérapie Clinic locations (Flatiron, Upper East Side and more TBC) to capture engaging content with aestheticians, Doctors and other team members.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner, and foster a positive community experience.
- Support weekly and monthly social media reporting, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
- Drive organic brand awareness, engagement and initiatives to increase social followers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and leverage them to improve campaign performance.
- Keep abreast of industry news, competitor activities, and market trends to identify opportunities and recommend actionable insights.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing, and incorporate learnings into future campaigns.
4# Requirements
- Experience managing social media platforms including TikTok and Instagram, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns (include link to content creation examples)
- Strong understanding social content creation, trends and best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content and copy writing.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Experience in Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is a must. (Same goes for Google sheets, slides etc).
- Proficiency in Canva and CapCut desktop is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and proactive approach to achieving goals.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- A passion for social media marketing and the beauty/wellness industry.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
- Marketing qualification is a bonus but not required.
