Plants to Food is a manufacturer of spice blends, dessert mixes, condiments, dressings, salsas, sauces, infused oils and vinegars. We specialize in clean label, non-GMO, All-Natural and Organic products. We maintain an SQF level 2 facility and carry Gluten-Free, Kosher, Organic and Non-GMO certifications.
We are seeking a passionate marketer and a skilled communicator with a proven track record in managing and growing social channels. This role requires a detailed understanding of publishing tools, analytical tools, and social marketing technology, including platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. The Social Media Manager will also develop exciting and innovative content around relevant issues.
Major Responsibilities/Activities
· Create Plants To Food corporate brand strategy
· Create dynamic social media content for PTF and associated brands designed to appeal to a variety of defined target audiences
· Manage social media channels and community, including paid content, content calendaring, and audience engagement
· Manage efforts to grow audience and engagement across all social media channels
· Coordinate the production and usage of video and dynamic content across social media channels
· Develop written communications, including for social media, landing pages, websites, blogs, and email
· Utilize search engine optimization tactics and best practices, monitor & identify industry trends, and interpret performance to inform actionable recommendations to drive the business forward
· Create ROI methodologies to measure the impact of digital marketing
Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in communications, advertising, journalism, public relations, or related discipline, or commensurate experience preferred.
· 3+ years of experience managing social media and content campaigns
· Experience managing social media channels for corporate or non-profit initiatives, including using social media management tools such as Hootsuite.
· Ability to multi-task and track a wide variety of activities and pay close attention to detail
· Familiar with Microsoft and G Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, etc.)
