Social Media Manager
Contract Length: 6 months (would like to get this person started by end of September)

Responsibilities:
Manages Talent Marketing and Employee Advocacy social media programs on LinkedIn to engage employees and attract talent.
Owns the content planning and content development process for these channels, while collaborating with key internal partners and external agency
Oversees all content reviews and approvals with internal stakeholders and responsible for publishing content on channels
Develops and executes marketing and communications to promote these programs to drive growth, participation and engagement
Partners with the analytics team to develop and measure the effectiveness of organic social programs, while identifying trends and insights in data to inform opportunities for improvement
Qualifications:
Experience with 4-6 years of experience managing social media programs
Understanding all social platforms, with an emphasis on LinkedIn, general KPI s associated with these platforms
Understands KPI s associated with social channels and ability to optimize social programs to achieve Enterprise goals both short term and long term
Familiar with social publishing tools such as Hearsay Social, SocialChorus or Sprout Social
Strong project management skills
