As our Social Media Manager, you'll be at the forefront of amplifying our brand's voice, making sure we cut through the online noise in our busy vacation rental destination. Your mission will be to use your creativity and data analysis skills to implement fresh social media strategies.
With a focus on organic growth and developing strategic partnerships, your responsibilities will include managing our editorial calendar and crafting compelling content that resonates with guests and homeowners across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Create and curate engaging content specifically for social media platforms.
- Develop partnerships with local businesses to enhance brand visibility and collaborative marketing efforts.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies and improve engagement.
- Respond to comments and messages promptly to maintain a positive community and customer service presence.
- Collaborate across departments to guarantee consistent messaging and branding across all digital platforms.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate monthly reports to gauge performance, adjusting strategies to meet objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in Social Media with a portfolio including social handles showcasing successful growth and management.
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with WordPress, enhancing the ability to create diverse and engaging content formats.
- Understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences, enabling effective targeted content strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an eye for detail and the ability to proofread.
- A firm grasp of social media marketing techniques and best practices to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- A passion for researching and staying on top of industry trends and competitors, applying insights to strategic planning and content innovation.
- Must have reliable transportation.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Monthly Salary: $500 - $1000 per month based on experience and achievement.
