The Opportunity
Are you passionate about social media, community building, and driving impactful marketing strategies? We’re seeking a Community Manager & Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic global team. This role is perfect for a driven and analytical professional ready to make a significant impact in the luxury yachting industry.
This role focuses on handling and growing our social media communities, running data-driven marketing campaigns, and improving customer acquisition efforts. You’ll be at the forefront of our social media strategy, tracking trends, fostering significant community interactions, and driving engagement through innovative content and campaigns.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Set up and manage tools to track and analyze data.
- Manage and grow social media communities across multiple platforms.
- Stay updated on social media trends and platform changes.
- Conduct audience profiling, monitor risks, and foster meaningful online conversations.
- Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies to grow mailing lists and event attendance.
- Run and monitor paid ad campaigns with a focus on lead quality and website performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to build and schedule engaging social media content.
- Maintain dashboards to track and analyze social media performance.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in social media management, community management, or digital marketing.
- Consistent track record of handling and growing online communities.
- Experience with tools like Sprout Social, Sprinklr, and Meltwater.
- Skilled in running paid ad campaigns (Meta Ad Suite, LinkedIn Ad Manager) and using Google Analytics.
- Experience with customer acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with a talent for crafting engaging content.
- Strong project management and creative problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in social media tools and platforms; HubSpot experience is a plus.
