Position Summary:
The Social Media Specialist will play a key role in shaping the digital voice of Hive Collective. This role is responsible for creating engaging content, managing daily interactions with our online community, and executing social media strategies that align with our brand vision. You will work closely with the marketing team to elevate our presence across multiple platforms, sharing the unique story of Hive Collective and its businesses.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, aligning with the overall marketing goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish compelling content across all relevant social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tik-Tok, etc.).
- Monitor, engage, and respond to social media interactions, fostering a strong connection with our online community.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to generate fresh, innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
- Utilize social media management tools to optimize workflow and ensure consistency in posting.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including targeting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Track and report key performance metrics, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to enhance engagement.
- Highlight the values and culture of Hive Collective through authentic storytelling and behind-the-scenes content.
- Foster relationships with influencers, customers, and brand partners to grow our community.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably within a marketing agency or creative industry.
- Proficient in social media management platforms
- Experience with paid social advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with an eye for visual design.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and ability to work with photo/video content.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools and ability to report on performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a creative, collaborative mindset.
- At least one direct position with responsibility for social media in luxury retail, hospitality, or design industries
