Social Service Director - LongTerm Healthcare Facility

Long Term care facility is looking for a Social Services person in the Schaumburg Illinois Area. 

This position is ideal for person with Social Services experience and social work background. 

Social Service is responsible for the planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of our facility’s Social Services Department.

Qualifications: 

·         Minimum 3 years’ experience in working within a skilled nursing, short term rehabilitative environment.

·         Knowledge of Federal and State regulations.
