Job Opportunity: Social Worker (LMSW, LMFT, MSW)

As a Social Worker, your role will be instrumental in assisting children and adolescents as they navigate challenging situations and acquire essential life skills for fulfillment. You will act as their advocate, delivering counseling, therapy, and support services in both individual and group settings.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Conduct counseling and therapy sessions for individuals and groups.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and professionals to craft holistic support strategies.
- Advocate for clients and facilitate connections with community resources.
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
Essential Job Functions:
- Conduct intake interviews and assessments to gather critical client information.
- Create tailored treatment plans and objectives based on individual strengths and needs.
- Offer crisis intervention and support during challenging circumstances.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and client progress.
- Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive support.
Requirements:
- Valid licensure in NY as an MSW, LMSW, or LMFT.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children and adolescents.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
