Job Details
- Start Date: November 18, 2024
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-hour daytime shifts; includes 2 weekend days over the 13-week assignment
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2830 - $3040
- Location: Palo Alto, CA - Known for its vibrant culture, innovation, and proximity to the beautiful landscapes of Northern California.
- Valid MSW license
- At least 1 year of experience in acute care preferred
- Availability for assigned schedule, including two weekend shifts over the assignment period
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
- Assist with discharge planning and resource referrals
- Advocate for patient needs and rights within the healthcare setting
