Type: Full-Time (75 hours biweekly)

Shift: Days

Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, rotating Saturdays

Pay: $42.69 - $52.83 per hour depending upon experience

Job Summary:

The Social Worker performs a variety of services under the general supervision of the Director/Manager, with the main focus of linking patient to the community and with community resources and providing psychosocial to vulnerable patients/families to meet their needs. Home visits/Community visits required whenever warranted.

Requirements/Skills:

• Masters of Social Work
• A valid N.Y.S LMSW or LCSW required.
• 2-3 years previous experience in a mental health setting.
• Must be able to problem solve and think critically.
• Must be computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must be highly organized, work with the interdisciplinary team.
