Shift Type: Days
Shift Times: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
Shift Notes: Develop schedule with supervisor and work at least 4 hours each week after 5:00 PM. Full-time staff must provide 23 hours of billable service per week.
Weekend Requirements: TBD
Salary Range: $50,018 - $68,659 (based on experience, range is New Grad to 16+ Years)
Licensure Requirement: LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC, TLLP, or LLP with the State of Michigan

Job Summary:
As a Social Worker, you will play a critical role in providing therapeutic services to children and families. You will conduct intake assessments, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and deliver individual, family, and group therapy to children. In this role, you will advocate for children and collaborate with other healthcare professionals, school personnel, and community resources to ensure holistic care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Intake Assessments, including completing necessary paperwork such as Integrated Biopsychosocial, financial, and demographic forms.
- Develop Person-Centered Treatment Plans in collaboration with the child, family, and other members of the treatment team.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and school personnel regarding the childs care.
- Provide parent education, coaching, and training.
- Conduct crisis planning and referrals for additional services as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation in electronic medical records.
- Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and case consultations.
- Complete 24 hours of training specific to children or adolescents annually.
Travel: Mileage reimbursement for personal vehicle use at the IRS standard rate of $0.64 per mile.

Required Qualifications:
- Masters Degree or higher and licensure in LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC, TLLP, or LLP in the State of Michigan.
- One year of experience in the examination, evaluation, and treatment of minors and their families.
- Meet Michigan Department of Community Health (MDHHS) requirements for a Child Mental Health Professional (CMHP) within 120 days of hire.
- Acceptable MDHHS Central Registry and criminal background check clearance.
- Proficient with electronic medical records (EMR) and computer systems (Word, Excel, databases).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Full licensure (LMSW, LP, or LPC)
- Experience with electronic medical records
