This opportunity is in anticipation of a contract award that is expected this month!What you'll be doing:

• Overall management of the Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) Article 72 and 73 requirements for personnel compliance.
• Apply thorough understanding of the entire process and have the insight and knowledge of what DOCPER will approve and what they will not approve.
• Utilize knowledge on how applicants submit their applications with their resumes and how to examine the resumes for DOCPER compliance prior to submission.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal skills and must be articulate in their ability to write and submit packages that will be approved by DOCPER over 95% of the time.What does Leidos need from me?
  • Active DoD Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance required.
  • Three plus years of demonstrated experience with a BA/BS degree OR four plus years of experience with an AS degree or five plus years of experience with a high school diploma.
  • Experience with contractor requirements IAW Articles 72 & 73 of the SOFA, TESA requirements, and DOCPER requirements/procedures for OCONUS personnel.
  • Prior military or government SOFA/DOCPER training/certification.
