About the Job
L.J. Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of qualified candidates for potential assignment as a Software Analyst. This individual will assume the role of Lead Analyst. Responsibilities will include:
- Documenting business rules for the re-engineering of the current paper process to a .Net solution.
- Designing the test plan and conducting testing of the code.
- Interacting with both users and the members of the development team.
- Working closely with the Project Manager to ensure that the work is done in a timely way consistent with the Project Plan.
- 7 years of experience writing technical/business specification .Net applications.
- 6 years of experience in writing test plans & cases and performing unit & regression testing.
- 7 years of experience facilitating meetings with users to identify & gather business needs, business rules & security requirements.
- 2 years of experience re-engineering paper-based processes into web based .Net solutions.
- 4 years of experience SQL coding for writing SQL data queries for extraction and/or validation of application data.
- A Bachelor's degree.
