Remedy Software Analyst

The Remedy Asset Management Team is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Software Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills able to communicate to all stakeholders (developers, analysts, regional and LAN customers, etc.). The desired candidate must work well independently and as part of a team with the demonstrated ability to meet deadlines. As an effective communicator you will be able to communicate technical problems to non-technical audiences. This position requires coordination among teams within IT and outside of IT with a sharp eye for detail. Our team regularly delivers code to improve the IT Contracts and IT Procurement Processes. As a member of our team you will be responsible for analysis, and elicitation and authorship of requirements and test cases. You will also be responsible for testing and facilitating with both IT teams and business teams, as well as Agile project management activities. The successful candidate is one who is results-oriented, and a proven problem-solver through critical thinking and creativity.

Expected Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and nontechnical audiences
- Ability to lead medium to large scale enterprise projects with multiple stakeholders including vendors and contractors
- Agile experience, writing user stories, development lifecycle methodologies, product backlog management, and software testing
- Above average proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio)
- Bachelors Degree in IT or related field preferred
- Candidate must have between 4-6 years of experience
- Agile experience - writing user stories, etc.
- Business analyst - writing requirements and test cases, etc.
