As a principal software engineer on the User Experience team, you will be leading and driving the design and architecture of the product and establishing the standards and partnerships with other service teams From a technology perspective, this is a greenfield development environment with a huge amount of autonomy, leaving us free to build and innovate without being encumbered by legacy products and services. We're on a React & Redux stack, and communicate with other services via well-defined, RESTful interfaces. You have strong fundamentals and you know React & Redux; or, you don't know React, but are willing to learn. **Minimum Qualifications** · 6 to 8 years of experience shipping software · BS in Computer Science, or equivalent experience · Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment · Strong grasp of Computer Science concepts (data structures, algorithms, and programming paradigms) · Proficiency in at least couple of the following languages: Java/ C#, JavaScript, React.js, React Native, TypeScript, Angular, Backbone, Knockout.js or another AJAX framework. **Preferred Qualifications** · MS in Computer Science · Experience in a start-up environment · Experience building rich, browser-based applications · Experience designing, developing, and maintaining web applications operating at great scale · Experience in at least couple of the following languages: Java/ C#, JavaScript, React.js, React Native TypeScript, Angular, Backbone, Knockout.js or another AJAX framework. · Good understanding of Unix-like operating systems Disclaimer: **Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.** **Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only** US: Hiring Range: from $94,200 to $223,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
