We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Software Engineer to join our client's dynamic team in Albany, NY, focused on building top-quality applications in the e-Discovery field. This is a fantastic opportunity for a developer experienced in Java, Spring Boot, and SQL who thrives in collaborative environments and is dedicated to delivering solutions that align with user needs. Responsibilities of the Software Engineer will include:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using Java, Spring Boot, and SQL
• Write clean, well-documented code that aligns with industry best practices
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues, implementing solutions as necessary
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards
• Collaborate effectively with team members to drive continuous improvements

Qualifications of the Software Engineer:

• Pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 3+ years of experience or relevant coursework in software development (Java, Spring Boot, SQL)
• Strong foundation in software design principles, testing practices, and code review processes
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience in Agile development environments is advantageous

Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly from $60,000 - $100,000 DOE.
