Essential Accountabilities
1. Code, debug, test, deploy, support and document low to moderately complex application software.
2. Analyze low to moderately complex customer business needs and recommend and implement automated solutions to increase process automation, user experience, and launch of new products and services.
3. Provide ongoing low to moderately complex technical support to customers.
4. Incorporate security and other relevant bank and system controls into solutions.
5. Adhere to bank and system software development methodologies and standards.
6. Comply with SAFR, DLP, Privacy and audit requirements.
7. Demonstrate commitment to innovation, quality, schedules and budget. Continuous development and learning to keep abreast of application development technologies and identify training needs.
8. Ensure secure coding, contingency, and deployment methodologies are in place upon low to moderately complex software implementation.
9. Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems.
10. Depending on the business line, may provide rotational, third-tier, 24x7 on-call support.
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
- Adheres to the Bank's attendance policies through regular and prompt attendance.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree with no prior professional work experience or Associate's Degree with 3+ years of professional work experience or software development Bootcamp certificate with 3+ years of professional work experience.

Knowledge Area
- Basic to moderate knowledge of domain, regulations, procedures and practices of a specific discipline and/or business line
- Ability to perform basic to moderately complex independent research
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
Skill Area
- Basic to moderately complex analytical skills
- Basic to moderately specialized, technical skills in applicable server side programming technologies
- Familiarity with database or content management system
- Basic to moderately specialized, technical skills in applicable front-end programming technologies and frameworks
Physical Demands and General Working Conditions
Employees typically sit most of the day, work with a computer and may answer/respond to phone calls. Physical movement consists of walking for meetings, breaks, etc. Ability to lift items weighing approximately 20 pounds on a limited basis is required. Employees may be required to travel by car/air.
