Location: 100% Remote in Eastern Time Zone
Job type: Contract – Long-Term
Our client, a major Telecommunications provider, is hiring a Software Developer for a full-time long-term contract for their Corporate IT Department.
This position is remote but must be located in the Eastern Time Zone.
The Software Developer will participate in a Big Data Platform Software development project.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collection of huge amounts of data from devices
- Help with the data analysis
- Daily software development, testing, and production support
- Delivering an interface that goes directly to clients and not an API
- Experience using S3 Kubernetes, EC2, Flink, and Lambda
- Python (Version 11)
- Java (any recent version)
- SQL
- Linux
- AWS
- 1 – 5 years of development experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science preferred
