Software Developer (TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph) - Zachary Piper LLC

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking Software Developers (fullstack) to support a critical intelligence community mission in Reston, VA. The team is seeking skilled software developers and data engineers to join this classified mission in support of application and data services.

Clearance: TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph  

Location: Reston, VA (100% on-site)  

Responsibilities of the Software Developer:

• Participate in software programming initiatives to support innovation and enhancement using Java, Angular, Python, JavaScript, Springboot, HTML, and/or CSS
• Develop and integrate custom developed software solutions to leverage automated deployment technologies
• Develop, prototype and deploy solutions within Commercial Cloud Solutions leveraging Infrastructure platform services
• Coordinate closely with team members, Product Owners and Scrum Masters to ensure User Story alignment and implementation to customer use cases
• Analyze (though proof of concept, performance, and end-to-end testing) and effectively coordinate Infrastructure needs driven by developed software to meet customer mission needs
• Support the Agile software development lifecycle following Program SAFe practices
• Use industry leading DevOps tools like GitHub, Jenkins, Unix bash scripting
• Document and Perform systems software development, including deployment of build artifacts across different environments leverage GitFlow constructs
• Leverage Atlassian tool suite like JIRA and Confluence to track activities 

Qualifications of the Software Developer:

•        Must hold an active TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph clearance   

•        Bachelors degree or equivalent experience with 3-20+ years of software development experience in either front end or back end, cloud, or data services

•        Expert with Java, Angular, Spring and C2S.

•        Expert in the software development lifecycle, with experience delivering within DevOps toolsets/practices

•        Direct experience utilizing software testing performance tools, such as Junit

•        Expert with scripting languages such as; Java, Angular, Python, Bash

•        Expert working in an Agile development environment and tempo

•        Expert with development in Commercial Cloud Platforms (ex, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)

•        Expert with development leveraging cloud data services (ex: S3, RDS, EFS)

•        ETL and data migration experience

Compensation of the Software Developer:    

·      Compensation: up to $210k+ ** based on years of experience and education**
