- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Software Developer, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- 5+ years of experience as a Development Manager, preferably in the SaaS industry.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
- A strategic thinker committed to driving innovation and excellence in software development.
