Key Responsibilities and Contributions
As a new Software Engineer on our EMSO team, you will be mentored and trained to design, develop, and deploy sophisticated software solutions that enhance our electronic warfare test capabilities. You will work alongside a team of talented engineers and scientists to create systems that help aid our most important defense customers, and their missions. You will be part of a high-profile team that is a high growth area for the company that has projects and results visible to senior leaders of Keysight.

We are looking to add a new Software Developer for the development of a real-time simulation application for our Aerospace Defense & Government Solutions group. This will require the use of modern SW development platforms and technologies (100GbE+ networking, RDMA, gRPC, etc) to meet the demanding performance requirements. Qualifications:
This is an early career role, which requires the following skills and experience. If interested, submit your resume with graduation date and current GPA.
- BS/MS in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related engineering discipline and 1+ years of applicable experience (Industry, Internship or class projects) that demonstrates this mix of required skills
- Strong Software knowledge with hardware experience; Must have applicable Intern experience or class projects that demonstrates this mix of SW and HW skills
- Experience with C# with WPF
- High performance desktop applications; Ability to run simulations on desktop
- Must have .Net experience (prefer .Net6 / .Net8)
Additional skills that are preferred and are an added plus
- Experience with SimView or other Real-time simulation tools for Interactivity, real-time embedded processes and Immediate graphical responses
- Familiarity with hardware accelerators such as GPUs, SIMD optimization, and FPGAs.
- Understanding of RF systems (Signal generators, Signal Analyzers, Oscilloscopes)
- Familiarity with gRPC and distributed computation applications (or real-time low latency computation)
- Adept at advanced trigonometry, quaternions, and spatial representations
- Knowledge of RDMA technology to optimize data transfer
- Deploying applications across Linux servers
- Understanding of digital signal processing to tackle complex challenges
- This position requires a U.S. person. Employment in this position for non-U.S. persons is contingent on ability to obtain any required government authorizations.
- Based on Customer program requirements, Candidates must be eligible and willing to obtain and maintain a US DOD security clearance.

Colorado pay range: MIN $68,940,740.00- Max $114,990.00
Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region
