Q2 isseekingan ambitious and adaptable Software Developer experienced in the ins and outs of development in a team setting.
As part oftheCommercial Pricing team, you will be working individually and collaboratively to develop, implement, and support solutions through fast-pacedenvironmentsfor some of the top banks in theUnited States. Our ideal candidate is someone with a self-motivated, tinkeringspirit whoisn’tafraid to divehead firstinto a problem to figure it out.
Design, implement, integrate, and test software solutions of moderate complexitycomprisedof Windows- and Linux-based front-end and back-end components that interact with end users and integrate with internal and external services
You will be working on developing features across front end andback endcomponents for ourPrecisionLenderproducts
Upgrading our legacy code from Knockout.js to Vue.js
You'llwork in an Agile environment, collaborating with product and engineering teams to build new features.
Work individually and collaboratively to deliver solutions in live production systems
Support,maintain, and resolve problems for custom features in live production systems, with occasional on-call availability
Responsible for ensuring that all security, availability, confidentiality and privacy policies and controls are adhered to
Assistand mentor teammates to provide technical leadership and evangelize best practices
Typically requires aBachelor’sdegree inComputer Scienceor similar,and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
Experienced in modernJavaScript/TypeScript,including asynchronous programming, ES6+ features, and building single-page applications.
Knowledgeable with modern front-end frameworks like Vueis desired but notrequired.
Experience with C# or other object-oriented languagesor desire to learn/work with them is a plus
Preferredexperience with cloud native applications, we work with Azure.
Experience in working with SQL Server, including writing queries, basic database design, and understanding of stored procedures.
Experience in all aspects of the software development life cycle
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
