We are seeking a skilled Mid-tier Software Engineer to support the development and verification of Software. This software is critical for ensuring that the Cleint can efficiently plan and execute its mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Harden infrastructure for development and production environments.
- Build and operate continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Deploy containerized applications using container orchestration tools.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for automating infrastructure.
- Integrate with Department of Defense (DoD) practices for cloud and deployment environments.
- Active U.S. Government Security Clearance
- Experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines or other CI/CD platforms (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins).
- Implementing DevSecOps practices within a DoD environment.
- Experience with .NET environments (.vbproj, .csproj) and InstallShield.
- Proficiency with infrastructure automation tools (e.g., HashiCorp Terraform, Ansible).
- Experience with Linux (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) and Windows environments.
- Familiarity with government cloud environments (e.g., AWS).
- Knowledge of container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Rancher, OpenShift) and container software (e.g., Docker, Podman).
- Experience with security tools for SAST, DAST, and SCA (e.g., Fortify, JFrog XRay).
- Proficiency with Git version control.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience
