Software Engineer Internship - BASYS Processing

As a Software Engineer Intern you will work within the Technology Department and contribute to key deliverables within each team. You will also get to participate in a wide variety of corporate events. They include:

• Networking Events with Senior Leaders

Interns at BASYS will receive a well-rounded experience that demonstrates the inner workings of a payment processing company, while working alongside leaders throughout the organization to provide innovative solutions that help us help our community!

Internship Dates: May 27, 2025 - August 1, 2025

General Responsibilities:

• UX Design and Development – Design and implement user experiences using ReactJS, Typescript, HTML, and CSS.
• API Development – Build production-level APIs using .net core..
• Agile Story Development and Estimation – Learn how to properly estimate and detail user stories.
• DevOps and CI/CD – Learn how to leverage DevOps and CI/CD processes for managing and releasing software.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, statistics, or related field.
• Prefer some experience with .net, JavaScript, and ReactJS.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Team Player
