Software Engineer (Java, Python, SQL) - Clearance Required - Triaplex, Inc.

Triaplex, Inc. is looking for Software Engineer with a background in Java, Python, and writing SQL to join our team. This position will support a mission-focused customer during the full life-cycle development of a Radio Frequency Processing System. Additional experience with MATLAB is a plus.

Key Responsibilities 

• Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements 
• Debug existing software and correct defects using multiple languages (Java, Python, SQL)
• Interface with database to perform queries and optimize flow of data
• Provide recommendations for improving documentation and software development process standards 
• Develop or implement algorithms to meet or exceed system performance and functional standards 
• Assist with developing and executing test procedures for software components 
• Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and models to predict outcome and consequences of design 
• Ensure quality control of all developed and modified software 
• Confer with system engineers and hardware engineers to derive software requirements and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces 

Required Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university 
• At least 7 years' demonstrated relevant experience as a Software Engineer.
• Four years' additional relevant software engineering experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree 
• TS/SCI with polygraph 

Desired Skillsets 

• Proficient developing in Java, Python, and using SQL
• Experience with MATLAB is desired
