About the Job
Duties: Provide technical advice and implement software phases on all client projects. Design new product solutions. Participate in pre-project business development activities including ROM estimates and technical feasibility analysis. Ensure technical solutions are properly structured, specified and developed by working with the QA team. Improve technical operations by building and deploying automation. Conduct external monitoring, and implementation of back office tools. Develop travel-based products that involve booking engine integration, social integration, and other customizations. Review and analyze enterprise clients. Engage with product team to obtain details on project expectation and provide guidelines matching with product principles. Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers. Review all work produced by the development team to ensure codes meet company standards. Improve client interaction and expectations regarding development efforts. Resolve and escalate issues in a timely fashion and tactfully communicate sensitive information to clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or related field of study plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, IT Consultant, Solution Architect, Technology Lead or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Agile; SDLC; Application Architecture Disciplines; Microservices; Jenkins; NodeJS; CSS; JavaScript; JQuery; SQL; Typescript; XML; Angular; Bootstrap; REST; SOAP; JSON; AWS Cloud Services; Dynatrace; GIT; Automated Testing; Unit Testing; C#; and Net.
Job Location: 8181 Communications Pkwy., Plano, TX 75024. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
