Be a key part of an amazing team building cutting edge, customer-facing applications and features for our physician portal. As a Software Engineer you'll develop high-quality software using solid architecture design and engineering best-practices for the software engineering organization. You'll have a dedicated leader focused on your individual growth and development and will work on a collaborative engineering team with opportunities to share mentoring and coaching. Our primary programming language is JavaScript. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who can own development and testing for their teams and thrive in a highly collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- 3+ years of professional experience as a software engineer
- Proficiency in JavaScript
- Proficiency in one or more modern application frameworks (Node.js, Vue.js, React)
Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud technologies
- Experience designing and building microservices and RESTful APIs
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD Passionate about automated testing and quality assurance
Education & Years of Experience:
- BS or MS in Computer Science or related technical discipline preferred
Preferred:
- Able to work independently on assigned tasks within a collaborative team-oriented environment using sound judgment in decision making
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, including good technical writing and interpersonal skills
- Excellent ability to mentor others
We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $102,100 -- $128,000 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.
CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
