You'll join a small, talented team of engineers focused on simplifying complex systems and unifying fragmented data in the construction industry.

About the Role:
As a Software Engineer, you will work closely with the founding team to build high-scale backend systems that drive the platform. You will take on challenging problems in simplifying complex systems and ensuring scalability, contributing to the company's mission of transforming construction technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain scalable backend systems to support the platforms core functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to unify fragmented data and simplify complex systems.
• Take ownership of key projects and work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience as a backend or full-stack engineer.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment (Seed, Series A, or Series B preferred).
• Degree in Computer Science from a top-tier university in the U.S. or Canada.
• Strong familiarity with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS).
• Self-motivated, high ownership, and low ego with a passion for building a world-class engineering culture.
• Willingness to work in-person at the company's San Francisco office 5 days a week.

• Salary: Up to $175,000
• Equity: 0.5%
