The Computing Systems Products Group, through The Unified Computing Systems' innovative architecture, helps to enable a fully unified data center
We architect the next-generation unified computing systems into a single platform, including computing, storage, network, visualization, and management
Who you will be working with:In the Hardware Diagnostic Software Team in San Jose, Shanghai, and Serbia, you will work with a diverse group of the brightest problem solvers and innovators
The team is responsible for developing and mass-producing diagnostic software for the next generation of UCS Servers and related products.What You'll Do In this highly visible role as a Diagnostic Software Engineer, you will: Develop pioneering diagnostics software for the Cisco engineering and manufacturing department
Design and fix all Cisco engineering and manufacturing issues using innovative technology and equipment
Develop and execute detailed test plans and automate software tools to validate diagnostics software

For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target
Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
