A career in our Innovation Project Management practice, within Innovation Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients' redesign, redefine, and redeploy their assurance and/or tax departments to be a strategic asset across the enterprise. You'll focus on assisting clients as they incorporate increased automation, machine learning, data & analytics, Open Source technologies into their processes to deliver better quality output and contribute more strategically to organisational decision making.

Bachelor's Degree
**Additional Educational Requirements:**
Bachelor's degree or in lieu of a degree, demonstrating, in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college.
**Minimum Year(s) of Experience:**
3 year(s) of professional .NET Core development and SQL development experience

- Utilizing established development tools, guidelines, and conventions to create software solutions using technologies such as .NET Core, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, C#, Angular & React;
- Using Entity Framework;
- Building, testing, deploying, and managing applications on cloud computing services such as Azure or AWS;
- Demonstrating an understanding of how ORM's work; and,
- Creating technical specifications and performing code reviews. Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success assisting on client engagements or enterprise-wide projects, including the following areas:
- Utilizing established development tools, guidelines, and conventions to create software solutions using technologies such as .NET Core, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, C#, Angular & React;
- Using Entity Framework;
- Building, testing, deploying, and managing applications on cloud computing services such as Azure or AWS;
- Demonstrating an understanding of how ORM's work; and,
- Creating technical specifications and performing code reviews.
- Working in a fast paced and agile environment;
- Mentoring and leading junior developers; and,
- Managing third-party vendors. Experimentation with automation & digitization in a professional services environment including but not limited to:
- Utilizing established development tools, guidelines, and conventions to create software solutions using technologies such as .NET Core, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, C#, Angular & React;
- Using Entity Framework;
- Building, testing, deploying, and managing applications on cloud computing services such as Azure or AWS;
- Demonstrating an understanding of how ORM's work; and,
- Creating technical specifications and performing code reviews.
- Working in a fast paced and agile environment;
- Mentoring and leading junior developers; and,
- Managing third-party vendors.
- Innovating through new and existing technologies, along with experimenting with digitization solutions; and,
- Working with large, complex data sets to build models and leverage data visualization tools.

The salary range for this position is: $83,000 - $208,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
