• *CACI is seeking a Software Engineering Lead to join our team! You will provide support on a team that provides a full spectrum of important IT-focused, software lifecycle support, including DevOps, applied technology investigations, operations and maintenance, and infrastructure lifecycle support services across the customer’s mission space. The program is also focusing on a complete transition from CACI’s HighVIEW 4.x COTS baseline to HighVIEW 5.x. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a software development background to lead a team of developers to replace the current production solution and shape the design of the new solution being developed. Duties include but are not limited to:Plan, direct, and coordinate IT requirements and software development projects with rapid timelines and evolving requirements in a highly collaborative and interactive environment in order to support the program missionCustomer front and focusing on enhancing the end-user experience and integrate support services to promote a seamless, integrated, end-to end modelWorking in collaboration to drive the adoption of timely, cost effective and secure IT solutions by promoting seamless integration and an end-to-end (full life cycle) IT approach that provides customers insight to their IT requirements throughout the entirety of the process
Through the use of this customer engagement plan, IT Advocates are postured to promote a consistent customer service experience that is focused on achieving mission imperativesExperience in implementing enterprise business solutions utilizing Agile methodologies, DevSecOps tools, AWS / GCP cloud native services, COTS solutions, Emerging technologies, Cyber Security Architecture and Engineering, Enterprise IT OperationsFacilitate customer and stakeholder sessions for the identification and clarification of business process needs and coordinate development of the technology solutions and facilitate data gathering activities by utilizing established workflows and quality reviewsPlan, document and coordinate new and existing business cases and project review board briefs to receive approvals and to further coordinate procurement, provisioning and implementations
The role will include hands-on solution architecture, resource management, implementation support, and client management.Provide management of contract personnel, ensure high quality and acceptable task completion, and ensure deliverables within their contract are in complianceServe as point of contact for non-routine to moderately complex installation projects for communication networksAccountable for meeting contractual performance criteria and due dates during service delivery, and successful overall project completionExperience in:Plan, direct, and coordinate Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and DevOps activities to bring value and impact to the customerAnalyze computer and information needs of an organization from an operational and strategic perspective and determine immediate and long-range personnel and equipment requirementsDevelop long-term strategic objectives to ensure user requirements will be satisfied in future yearsPerform horizontal system integration planning and interface with other functional areas, ensuring technical solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely mannerServe as point of contract for non-routine to moderately complex installation projects for communication networksWork closely with the Program and Project Managers on the performance criteria and due dates during service delivery, and successful overall project completionRequired Qualifications:Active TS/SCI w/ PolygraphBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field10+ years of related work experienceThese Qualifications Would be Nice to Have: Experience with developing replacement systems and meeting user expectations and implied requirements Experience with HighView Experience with PL/SQL Experience with WCF RESTful Web Services (c# .NET) or equivalent REST technologiesWhat we can offer you: At CACI, our philosophy of employee development and advancement rests on a cultural foundation of providing unlimited and equal opportunity for growth, recognition, and rewards
