This person will manage customer implementations by coordinating with Sales, Service, Software, IT, Operations, and Informatics resources to provide a smooth implementation process. This role will be the primary contact for assigned customers during implementations to ensure timelines and resources are coordinated effectively to successfully implement our solutions.

Job Details
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of software implementation experience
- Strong knowledge of managing implementations of software applications
- Knowledge of Project Management software tools
- Knowledge of health care field, Hl& interfaces, and data aggregation platforms
- Excellent communication skills
