Job Responsibilities: As a Processing Manager, you will lead and manage a dynamic team that processes and validates mortgage loan documents to ensure compliance with operational standards and both federal and state regulations. You will play a key role in the development and success of your team and our operational processes.

Awareness and understanding of working with neurodiverse individuals is necessary as the company supports the environment and hiring in the community.

Key responsibilities include:

• Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and manage daily activities of a team that processes and validates documents on behalf of multiple lenders. Mentor and motivate your team to exceed performance metrics, including daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly KPI's
• Team Development: Conduct ongoing performance evaluations, coaching, and professional development of personnel to maintain high standards of productivity and quality.
• Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that team members adhere to established procedures and compliance standards, including federal and state regulations.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the Sales, IT, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth operations, process improvements, and compliance.
• Strategic Input: Provide insights on product development and enhancement to maximize operational efficiency and return on investment.
• Issue Resolution: Proactively resolve or escalate customer service issues, ensuring a professional and timely resolution.
• Resource Allocation: Establish team priorities, allocate resources effectively, and monitor individual and team performance metrics to ensure goal attainment and operational accuracy.

Candidate Qualifications: We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Processing Manager who has a passion for leadership and operational excellence.

• Experience:
  • 5 to 10 years of experience as a processor in the lending industry, with expertise in federal and state regulations, mortgage lending and underwriting guidelines, and RESPA requirements.
  • Minimum of 3 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve goals.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and mathematical skills.
  • Familiarity with SQL or other database formats is a plus.
  • Experience working with a neurodiverse workforce is highly desirable.
• Education:
  • MBA or Bachelor's degree in Math, Business, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems (MIS or IS) preferred.

Additional Requirements:

• Candidates must reside in Pittsburgh, PA, and commute to the Greentree office daily.
• Must be open to flexible work hours.
