Here at Elekta, you will make a difference. One key function within our Business Line Software Solutions Service organisation is the creation and delivery of training for our internal software audiences, both for new products and within the context of onboarding. We will put additional focus on the onboarding of our software upgrade specialists and we seek committed individuals who have a passion for imparting knowledge in a virtual or physical classroom setting and come with in-depth knowledge of our software solutions, specifically MOSAIQ.
What you’ll do at Elekta: We are looking for someone who has a passion for training and development and who wants to be a pioneer in learning technologies and methodologies, contributing to the efficient design, development, and implementation of learning activities to join us as our next Software Service Training Specialist. You will be playing a crucial role in delivering technical software training content for our global internal audiences. As part of the team responsible for Oncology Informatics, with a focus on MOSAIQ, you will collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge training materials.
The Software Service Training Specialist responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Deliver existing and new technical software training to global internal audiences, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
Initiate, design, develop, and maintain training materials for internal opportunities, emphasizing technical software training around Elekta's current and new products, especially in Oncology Informatics.
Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to conduct needs analysis, identify learning objectives, and develop content aligned with business needs and quality standards.
Determineoptimal knowledge transfer methodologies and implementation strategies for efficient training delivery.
Utilize project and time management skills to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple projects effectively.
Be a pioneer in learning technologies and methodologies, contributing to the efficient design, development, and implementation of learning activities.
Create new blended learning opportunities, incorporating classroom training, multimedia-based distance learning, and Elekta's Virtual Classroom technologies for remote learning.
Develop and maintain virtual environments for real-world scenarios, including workbook-based activities to guide students through meaningful exercises.
Contribute to onboarding certifications for key audiences.
Manage relevant elements in Elekta's Learning Management System.
Incorporate Elekta values into all departmental functions and responsibilities.
For this position, you are expected to travel around 30% overnight travel.

Solid and demonstrable understanding of technical aspects around the use, deployment and maintenance of Elekta’s Oncology Informatics software products with a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in an Oncology Informatics Support, Upgrade or Installation position OR proven and demonstrable knowledge comparable to this requirement
Educated witha degree or diploma in Computer Sciences OR proven and demonstrable knowledge comparable to this requirement
Strong, demonstrable understanding of MOSAIQ Upgrade process desired
Proven ability to break down, document and talk about complex technical issues
Demonstrable broad knowledge of enterprise architecture – familiarity with basic network setup, Microsoft Workstation and Server Operating Systems
Experience with Citrix and other virtualisation products preferred
Knowledge of MOSAIQ technical aspects to upgrade / installation level or similar desired
Experience in delivering knowledge to others, preferably in a classroom setting
Outstanding communicator and presenter who would like to increase and hone delivery skills
Willing to develop and explore skills with photo and video editing tools, as well as eLearning development using SCORM development tools / Camtasia or similar
Passion for learning, the passing on and packaging up of information, exploring new tools and delivery methods, pushing boundaries
Participation in presentation skills workshops, preferred
Ability to work in a team and across time zones and cultures is crucial
Strong analytical, problem-solving solving and negotiating skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Availability for overnight travel domestic and international

The US base salary range for this position is $66,000-$84,000
