We are seeking a highly motivated Software Tester to provide support for our development team and contribute to the success of our software projects. The Software Tester will be responsible for manually testing software applications, designing test cases,and ensuring that our products meet quality standards.

Software Tester Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze system specifications to understand product functionality.
• Develop and execute manual test cases based on functional requirements, user stories, and design documents.
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking systems
• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve defects.
• Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing to ensure that the product meets the required standards.
• Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing for web and mobile applications.
• Report detailed test results and provide feedback on the overall quality of the product.
• Support the creation of test plans and test cases based on project requirements.

Software Tester Requirements:

• Strong understanding of software development and agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with various testing types (functional, regression, smoke, UAT).
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.

Software Tester Preferences:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar/related fields
• Proven experience as a software tester or similar role.
• Proficiency in using bug tracking tools and test management tools.
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium) is a plus.
