We are looking for a contractor to help test Siri tools and functionalities, and work with engineers to replicate, analyze, and troubleshoot issues
This role will use internal tools to install software on Client devices and run through either provided or improvised test scenarios to uncover issues from our software, then generate reports and capture logs to share with engineers
Key Qualifications
Quick learner.
Strong proficiency in configuring macOS and iOS devices
Comfortable working with Terminal on macOS.
Experience using Siri or other voice assistants.
Ability to follow complex and technical guidelines typically used to set up devices for user studies and data collection.
Ability to investigate, debug and triage HW/SW problems and independently work towards results.
Experience hitting project deliverables dates on tight schedules and within a defined scope.
Integrity and respect for customer privacy and new product security guidelines.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Highly organized, creative, motivated, and passionate about achieving results.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of any scripting language such as Python and/or knowledge of software development is a plus.
