Superintendent needed for a growing company looking to add another team to their operation. This is a soil compaction team doing pre construction ground preperation. 

Looking for someone with leadership experience and experienced operating Heavy Equipment, specifically an Excavator. Must have a good understanding of under ground improvement by process of Vibro Compaction.

This is not a sit back and watch position, the site Superintendent will be operating the drill in addition to supervisory duties.
