Solar Construction Manager - Gpac

Traveling Solar Construction Manager needed for a well-respected, growing mechanical/solar contractor in California!  This company has many years of proven excellence and shows no signs of slowing down!!

Traveling Solar Construction Manager QUALIFICATIONS:

• Job Specifications (incl. Education requirements, minimal experience, computer skills required, etc.)
• A bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred or equivalent experience.
• Trade school a plus.
• 4+ years’ experience in the construction field on projects of similar size and complexity
• Experience implementing quality control/quality assurance processes.
• PV industry experience (preferred)
• Must be proficient in reading blueprints, plans, and specs.
• Demonstrated Safe Working Practices and knowledge of OSHA safety standards. (Osha 30 certification is a plus)
• Organized and able to meet deadlines.
• Great attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Proficient with conflict management, prioritizing daily tasks, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Microsoft Project experience a plus.
• Fork and/or Scissor lift certified a plus.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be willing to travel.
• Valid CA driver’s license.
