• Create and present proposals on renewable energy services to prospective clients
• Gain expertise in renewable energy and community solar farms
• Network and seek out opportunities to engage with potential clients
• Educate both potential and existing customers about solar energy solutions and cost-saving benefits
• Confidently discuss options and finalize sales with customer base
• Attend company meetings to stay informed about solar energy initiatives

Our Solar Energy Customer Service Representative Qualifications: 

• Prior experience or knowledge in Account Management, Sales, Solar Energy, or Customer Support
• Customer-focused, outgoing, and self-driven attitude
• Upstanding communication abilities both written and spoken, with customers and staff
• Confident in direct communication with consumers
• Effective time-management, written communication, and interpersonal skills
