Solar X LLC is seeking experienced Solar Installers to join our team. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar systems across residential and commercial properties. This role requires comfort with working on rooftops, a strong attention to safety, and hands-on experience with solar installations. • Solar System Installations: Install solar panels, inverters, and other solar system components safely and efficiently on residential and commercial rooftops.
• Troubleshooting & Diagnosis: Identify and resolve solar system issues, including production and communication problems, to ensure optimal performance.
• Tool & Material Handling: Safely handle tools, equipment, and materials such as ladders (up to 32 feet), solar panels, and hand tools.
• Project Planning: Identify the materials and quantities needed for solar installation projects, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• System Maintenance: Provide routine maintenance services for installed solar systems, ensuring their long-term functionality.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols while working at heights and on rooftops, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your team.

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in solar installation required.
  • Solar service and electrical troubleshooting experience (preferred).
  • NABCEP certification or Licensed Electrician (bonus).
• Technical Skills: Ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot solar systems and identify communication and production issues.
• Physical Fitness: Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and be comfortable working on roofs and ladders.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• License: Valid driver's license in good standing (required).
• Location: Must be a New Jersey resident with reliable transportation to Solar X headquarters.
• Flexibility: Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in different locations throughout New Jersey.
