Performance and Monitoring Analyst – Operations & Maintenance

Our Commercial Solar PV Operations and Maintenance Team has an opening for a Performance and Monitoring Analyst
to monitor the health of C&I and small utility solar PV systems in Namaste Solar's O&M portfolio. Your duties will include
remote troubleshooting, investigation of production faults, data acquisition system configuration, performance verification,
dispatch scheduling, CRM management, and customer care. Your role will be a critical part of our team's commitment to
providing best-in-class customer service and technical expertise required to keep renewable energy systems online and
running efficiently.

Performance and Monitoring Analyst Core Responsibilities
· Daily monitoring and analytics of all sites under O&M contracts via Monitoring/Data Acquisition System (DAS)
· Create any contract required monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance and service reports
· Working with customers for resolution around DAS related questions
· Working with manufacturers, and utilities to resolve issues remotely as appropriate
· Confirming systems are performing in line with production, performance, and availability guarantees
· Assist customers with remote troubleshooting (system resets, error code diagnosis)
· Help field technicians troubleshoot issues and confirm system operation remotely
· Inform and educate customers on possible system issues identified within DAS platforms
· Respond to customer emails and phone calls regarding DAS and reporting
· Assist field crews with analytics portion of preventative maintenance (PM) reporting
· Enable remote access for onsite devices when applicable and ensure functionality/upkeep of remote access information within the portfolio
· Exercise flexibility and collaboration to manage a dynamic and fluid work queue.
· Work with manufacturers to perform RMAs
· Training for other O&M team members on how to use monitoring platforms
· Onboarding and training new customers on how the O&M team monitors systems
· Perform annual analysis of NSE-built commercial projects and provide feedback and summary to the commercial sales and design team.
· DAS portal configuration and set up. Including but not limited to, PV modeling, alerts & alarms
· Coordinate with DAS providers to arrange APIs between monitoring platforms and notify DAS providers of monitoring portal issues & potential improvements
· Opportunity to dispatch to PV sites for DAS communications repairs/installations and other O&M service work
· Improve standard operating procedures and processes
