Soldering Technician - SisTech Manufacturing, Inc

• Precision SMT and thru-hole soldering utilizing both Leaded and Lead-Free solder.
• Must be able to work and solder under a Microscope.
• Ability to identify standard electronic components and packages.
• Familiarity with proper electronic component handling procedures.
• Experience using soldering irons and other hand tools.
• Experience with De-soldering, post solder re-work, and other high level assembly skills.
• Ability to read, interpret, and accurately follow written work instructions, assembly drawings, Bill of Materials, safety guidelines, and other documents.
• Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in written reports.
• Ability to follow strict quality standards.
• Very high attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to quickly and accurately discern alpha numeric codes.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work in a seated  or standing position for extended periods.
• Ability to lift heavy objects on occasion.
• High school education or general education degree (GED); and experience in performing the duties listed above – or equivalent combination of education and experience.
