Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and success as team leader and member roles within a professional services firm or large enterprise: Supporting engagements as a trusted technical advisor to clients and project members to solve complex technical challenges; Designing and architecting AIOps solutions using the BMC product suite, including BMC Helix Operations Management with AIOps, BMC AMI Ops, BMC Helix Continuous Optimization, and BMC Discovery; Leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies and frameworks to drive greater observability and service operations automation; Working with BMC Observability and AIOps technologies for monitoring Cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and their key technologies; Architecting solutions with industry leading discovery technologies (SCCM, ServiceNow, Splunk, Dynatrace, etc.) and how they integrate with BMC AIOps tooling; Designing technical architectures related to AIOps and Observability capabilities, including integration design with downstream IT monitoring tools within the client ecosystem; Migrating or transforming legacy observability solutions to BMC AIOps product tooling; Understanding of Integration platforms and protocols (REST, SOAP, HTTP, UDP etc.); Creating technical design documents and implementation playbooks for target-state AIOps and Observability solutions within different complex client environments; and, Translating client business requirements into technical solution designs based on client requirements.
