Role: Solutions Architect D365 CRM and Power Platform
Location: Chicago , IL (Onsite)

JOB DESCRIPTION
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement application development experience (include D365 Sales, Customer Service and Marketing)
- Proven ability to create innovative solutions to solve complex business requirements, and streamline/automate business processes
- Demonstrated experience in data management and migration using ETL tools (KingsWaySoft SSIS, Tibco Scribe etc) and methodologies
- Demonstrated experience in integrating SharePoint Online with Dynamics 365 CE apps.
- Demonstrated experience in configuring and customizing Resco mobile app platform for D365 CRM.
- Demonstrated experience in configuring and customizing Click Dimensions email marketing app for D365 CRM.
- Ability to design and develop automations using Power Automate, Azure Functions, Logic Apps and North52 formulas
- Demonstrated ability to manage customer facing portals using Power Pages
- Expert level certification(s) in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform certifications
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, communication skills
- Experience with leading or participating in the gathering and documenting of business processes and requirements for the system with key business users
- Creation of Functional and Technical Specifications documentation for the project including specifications for customizations, data migration, and system integrations
- Experience with SDK and 3rd party tools for Dynamics 365 CE/CDS/Power Apps
- Understanding of Dataverse API, REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints
- Experience with .NET, C#, and JavaScript libraries
- Effective customer relationship, confident client facing and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Participate in customization and configuration for CRM solutions
- Work with multiple vendor and client teams on designing and delivering solutions
- Work with Client IT teams, Business SMEs, Vendor Teams and end users throughout the SDLC cycle.
- Be the First level of contact and support for system requirements or issues.
- Lead the offshore support team for timely resolution of system issues
- Design, code, test, debug and document software solutions using appropriate processes, tools, frameworks, libraries, patterns, best practices and standards
- Design data migration strategies and ensure smooth execution of data load tasks
- Design SharePoint and AAD integrations with D365 Apps / Dataverse
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and monitor problems with existing solution and resolve these issues in in a timely and accurate manner
- Understand and adhere to applicable quality and security standards and processes
- Create and maintain technical documentation, and contribute to project deliverables where applicable.
