The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-level designs, understanding dependencies, configurations, and installation requirements. This role involves working closely with integration and infrastructure teams to define installation types and critical hardware dependencies, as well as integration touchpoints with EMRs and other image transmission systems.
Key Responsibilities:
High-Level Design: Create high-level designs for new demands or work, focusing on application-level dependencies, configurations, and installations.Integration: Collaborate with integration and infrastructure teams to define installation types and critical hardware dependencies.System Knowledge: Maintain and apply up-to-date knowledge of discrete and integrated information systems elements.Problem Resolution: Resolve escalated problems, identify root causes, and determine appropriate approaches to ensure resolution.Stakeholder Interaction: Work with vendors, internal CI staff, and local clinical team members, requiring strong soft skills and the ability to navigate a large organization.Technology Versatility: Be well-versed with multiple technologies and solutions, adapting to different product suites as needed.
Required Skills and Experience:
Clinical Imaging Technology: Experience with clinical imaging systems such as Merge PACS/CPACS/EA, Change Healthcare PACS/CPACS, Powerscribe 360, RapidAI, Viewpoint, Merge Hemo, and Client Cardiolab.Healthcare Environment: Previous experience working in hospital systems or clinic environments.Foundational Architecture Knowledge: Understanding of systems architecture used consistently within or across the organization, with knowledge of the TOGAF Framework.Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, and a proactive approach to finding answers and solutions.Technical Versatility: Ability to work with multiple image applications and adapt to different product suites.Education and Experience: 5 years of experience and bachelor's degreeIndustry Experience: Healthcare provider industry experience is required.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this onsite role is $70.00-$92.00/hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
